I recently went through our video cabinets, getting rid of the ones I didn't want any more, and found several that I had never even seen. A few were still in their wrappers. I set them aside and have been watching them one at a time. Yesterday, as I lay on the couch, shivering and aching from my feverish cold, I watched this one. It offered a bleakness that I have only felt watching Dr. Zhivago. The report that there's truth to this story is mind-blowing. They walked over four thousand miles.  It's a great story.
