About Me

My photo
Mariah
I am originally from NYC, but have lived in several places and landed in Texas. I'm the daughter of two writers, and I have taught for twenty-something years. I have a handsome husband, five beautiful kids, and a granddaughter who rules my heart. I created this blog because I used to be on Facebook and got off to free myself from that web, but i missed being able to post an idea, a picture, a song, or a quote, to bounce off my friends. So that's what I'll be doing. So much wonderful stuff to share, and I always learn from the comments of others. I'm still more of a student than teacher.
