So....... what do you do, when you're a wife in Texas and your husband texts you that he's going to be late one night, because he has to go check out a chicken place in LaGrange? Hahaha...... My habitual "Have fun!" came out a little too soon......
   It turns out there was a fried chicken stand that had enjoyed a thriving business since 1972, and the owners were tired, so they put it up for sale. Hubby and his partner scooped it up, and yesterday was the first day it operated under our banner - and did very well!
